dinner 6/24

around 8ish i had a chicken gordon blue with hot sauce from wendy's

havent had anything to drink....i dont think.

will be making steaks tomorrow for next week. have to get some sort of veggies to go with it.

snack

so right around the time i should have gone home...i stayed to do more work.

to make up for this, i had some cookies and another spoon of strawberry jam.

and lots of water.

lunch...sort of

so lunch was sort of a fail....

had a piece of chicken left from earlier in the week. good.

i had a piece of strawberry pie. full of whipped cream and strawberries. had a graham cracker crust. prolly put together with butter.

ooo and i added more of the strawberry jam. i would say a lot. also might have had a spoonful of jam after lunch. not good.

another fail...is this a theme?

sooo breakfast fail.

had lots of cookies.

then stopped at DD for a bagel w/cream cheese. cream cheese was wrong and didnt want to eat it.

ordered a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar. dont think it had caramel in it. so i didnt want to drink that.

got to work and ended up drinking some of the coffee.

didnt eat any of the bagel.

dinner fail

so on the wasy home from work, i stopped at mcdonalds.

had nuggets full of friedness.

had BBQ sauce. fries with ketsup.

oh and sprite.

fail.

snack/lunch/snack

had water with cystal light.

finished the subway sub for lunch....i think it was a bit late after 1pm

then around 5ish, had homemade strawberry jam with pretzels. jam FULL of sugar

thursday

have to get better about this because sometimes i forget the snacks i've had.

breakfast was susage sandwich. and cherry coke

labels

so i had a food label for all my post. which feels a bit redundant. might discontinue it.

dinner

went to subway. got an italian BMT. lettuce, tomato, pickles, banana peppers, swiss cheese, ranch dressing. italian herb and cheese bread.

the bread is prolly just white bread with more calories.

the cheese and dressing isnt the best choice.

nor is the BMT meats...not so lean protein. but it taste damn good. and gets me two meals for $6.

also didnt eat until 7:30/8ish.

snack

i think it was sometime in the morning i had a bag of chips at work

had lots of water. some with crystal light mix.

also had some lime lemon soda during teen time. didnt finish it.

lunch 6/22

had the same as dinner last night.

chicken and corn. i had no butter at work but put on salt. maybe too much.

cherry coke.

evening snack

had abbotts, vanillia with strawberries

at home later, i had pickles and sparkling grape juice.

some water before bed

wednesday

had a sausage sandwich and sparkling grape juice

tuesday night

i had more chicken.

i also had corn with some butter and salt. i had water.

also drank a lot of water while geocaching with tad

lunch on tuesday

i have chicken and mushrooms. things i had frozen last weekend.

and my cherry coke.

i also had some water during the day. trying to keep a bottle in my office.

was cookies. LOTS of cookies.

total "im running late" fail.

felt the sugar crash during the morning.

monday evening snack

seeing as that was awhile ago, i don't remember for sure but i think i had cookies and onion dip. and had some water before bed.

TBF party

had a 4 or 6 white chocolate cookies on the ride to the party.
i had gatorade like drink. aqua-v. from wegmans.

at the party i had taco dip. refried beans/guacamole/salsa/olives/cheese...maybe sour cream?

quiche, asparagus with sausage.

sausage and cheese bread.

salad...corn, onions, lettuce...more?

strawberries with lots of whipped cream.

ice cream cake...cold stone creamery


all totally random.

had lunch around 2:30/3/3:30.

chicken breast..marinated in brown sugar bbq
sauteed mushrooms
cherry coke

in fact...

...i didnt eat the peanut butter until 11am.

breakfast 6/20

fso i was running late this morning and didnt eat breakfast. i'm going to have some spoons of peanut butter at work. at 10am.

im thinking i need to get some sort of breakfast food that i can eat in the car. bc i spend 30/40 mins in the car on the way to work. that would be a great time to eat.

im thinking poptarts. will have to look at the nutrition values when at weggies.

last night

i had a couple more spoonfuls of onion dip.

then i had a small bowl of ice cream.

then i had two pieces of cheese.

dinner 6/19

dinner at parents.

macaroni salad...mayo, not so good (meaning mayo isn't great for you. the salad itself was yummy)
ribs
corn...with butter [i can't believe its not butter]

realized i didnt have anything to drink. no soda, no water...nothing.


fought the desire to get a strawberry pina colada from taco bell on the way home. saved the money.

snack

2 or 3 spoonfuls of oinon dip. sour cream/french oinon soup mix. ran out of triscuits so just used a spoong

sparking beverage...0 across the board. so what am i actually drinking?? water with chemical favor???

i was thinking i could keep a food journal with pen and paper.

but i would have to remember to bring it to work for lunch. seeing as how sometimes i forget to eat lunch at work, remembering to bring a journal wasn't going to happen.
